FYI - y'all know about ozzy ozbourne biting the head off a live bat? today i learned he did that at vets auditorium. vets is in des moines. i saw nsync there (ack) and 98 degrees and um sometimes when our basketball team is cool enough i get to go watch them play at vets for state. what am i talking about? god i need to shut up.

At the time, I found this connection riveting - because honestly, not much happens in Iowa, so this was big news.
The NSYNC disdain is a recurring theme. While I generally liked them, I much preferred the Backstreet Boys and didn't like everyone talking about NSYNC constantly. I am still obsessed with the Backstreet Boys so I stand by 16-year-old me on the NSYNC issue.
