yaaaay for spring break!!! the first 2 days have been rather uneventful. on friday after school laura came over and watched moulin rouge and...she LIKED it!!! aren't you amazed? she actually said "that was a good movie." then i rented donnie darko. that was one odd movie. but i liked it.
**yesterday i fainted at hobby lobby. fun, huh? apparently i was sick. i got to say "tengo ciento y dos grados de fiebre." i feel a lot better today though. which is good because tomorrow morning i have baton (we're working on our robin hood routine) and then laura and i are going to iowa city. actually right now i'm supposed to be deciding when i want to leave. baton is over at 10:30...i need some time to go home and change...but other than that it's all good. i could probably manage leaving at 11. then we could get there just in time for lunch. ;)
yeah...i WAS going to shop yesterday in des moines so i wouldn't feel the need to buy things in iowa city but then the fainting incident happened so we went home. which means i will indeed feel the need to buy things in iowa city. oh well.
tonight the oscars are on. that should be fun. oh, but i'll have to tape off centre. unless it's a repeat. probably is. what else do i need to do today? i need to pack. and i need to burn a happy car cd. my brother is the biggest cd waster i've ever seen. he burns like 5 cds a day, i swear. i NEVER should have taught him how to do it. it's so stupid because half of them he's just copying cds he already has in case he ruins one. okay, no. that's just dumb. but he seems to think it's perfectly logical so there's not a whole lot i can do about it. but anyway...if i get the chance (which i probably will) i'll start working on a new layout for the site. fun fun. now i'm going to go do something interesting. ha.
**I really buried the lede here. Also I just recently saw an actor on The 100 that I recognized as one of the leads from Off Centre, so that's fun.
